This will be my last Best@Amazon issue of 2025. Sad, I know. But you'll be fine. I'm going to keep it brief today, because for me, and for many of you, this is the last full working week of the year, and there's A LOT to be done. I'm also going to ask you for a favor. Before I do that though, of course, I need to give you some value. And, that value is going to come in the form of a bunch of free stuff that can help you in 2026. So, let's begin: Thing 1: Free tool to Spy On Your Competitors' CTRβ Thing 2: Massive Swipe File of the best creatives on Amazon, across nearly every category Thing 3: Free DSP seat (useful if you own an agency and want to run DSP for clients, or if you're a brand and want to run your own DSP in 2026) Thing 4: DSP spend match from Amazon -- i.e., you spend $5k, Amazon will match that with $5k DSP credits (talk to this guy) Thing 5: Free Lightning Deals + Best Deals, plus $200 in Vine credits (talk to this guy) OK, hopefully I gave you enough there to earn this favor. And here it is... Basically, after 2.5 years and 100+ issues, I'm plotting the next "chapter" of Best@Amazon. I shared this privately with a few of you, along with some of the ideas whirling about in my head. But, I thought to myself... I have a smart audience. Why not ask ALL of my Best@Amazon readers? Thank you, in advance, for your advice. You all have been the reason that I've kept doing this. Best wishes this holiday season, and Happy New Year. -JON BEST from LinkedInI saved this thread from LinkedIn because it epitomizes what the platform could (and should!) be. That is: My good buddy Adam posted a smart, technical question about Amazon. Dozens of smart Amazon practitioners jumped into the thread with their well-informed "solutions" to this puzzle. Adam reviewed and responded to each person, either debating, agreeing, or something in between. In sum: This was productive, meaningful intellectual discourse. Not engagement bait. Not AI slop. I hope we see more of this on LinkedIn in 2026. (But we probably won't) BEST from XUnfortunately, this Harvard Business School case study lives behind a paywall (seems like Harvard is struggling for cash these days), so I couldn't read it. But, it's kind of cool to see a big chapter in the history of selling on Amazon memorialized in an HBS case study! I still think we're going to see the Amazon Aggregator thesis dusted off in the next 5-10 years. Until then, we'll have to wait for the juicy Netflix series on Thrasio πΏπΏ
