Today, I continue The Insider Series. If you missed the previous issues, you can find them โhereโ. For this next installment of The Insider Series, I'm sitting down with Danan Coleman, Founder and CEO of Ecom Triage. Ecom Triage is one of the leaders in the Reputation Management space. Or, "negative review removal" as many people know it, colloquially. Many people don't know that Amazon product reviews can be removed (newsflash: they can). And, for those that do, they've run into so many walls with Amazon that they've just shrugged and given up. Well, Danan and his team have built sophisticated tech to 1) identify critical reviews that *could* be removed and 2) actually *get* those reviews removed (with a high success rate -- see more below). So, without further ado, here's my chat with Danan! * So, Danan, when it comes to removing negative reviews, one question I always wonder is...Do you see higher review removal success rates in certain categories compared to others? Yes. Supplements have the highest removal rate followed by Beauty and Electronics. โ We can go all the way back, but this depends on how many reviews there are. As you likely know, Amazon only displays the last 100 reviews for each star rating (donโt get me started on how I feel it should be illegal to hide public evidence that makes up the rating of a product). We are able to get significantly more than that, but we donโt often get 100%. With that said, we typically do get the ones that contain some kind of violation. โ Yes. The identification aspect is actually fairly straightforward. It's just a pain to do manually. I've been working on a GPT: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-ENCmr797o-review-analysis-by-ecom-triage. You can definitely paste a Title and Body of a review and get an answer. I'm working on you being able to take an Amazon URL when you filter on your critical reviews, but that's not working yet. I am also testing uploading a document with all of your critical reviews. I'm ALSO working on a review downloader to help with this. This was a long answer... Basically, I'm working on it! In regards to how eCom Triage sets itself apart, it's the willingness to persist and put the time and effort into helping your brand. โ I hardly think it's a secret, but the biggest thing I think is that Amazon claims to enforce their rules but they don't really. Why shouldn't brands/sellers try to remove negative reviews on their own? Put differently, why should they outsource to you? They absolutely should! But the reason they outsource to me and my team is that brands don't have enough success to make it worth the time spent to get reviews removed. Not to mention they don't have the protocols and Amazon teams to go to. โ Yep. I think it is USDA certified bull shit. There is absolutely NO reason that I should have to offer this as a paid service. It should be as simple as it is to have negative feedback removed. But Amazon makes it SO HARD that even PAYING for a Strategic Account Services rep is unable to help most of the time. โ Anyone that goes to ecomtriage.com and mentions that they heard about this from Best@Amazon (there's a required field in the form), I will waive the $500 onboarding fee! * Thanks, Danan, for contributing to The Insider Series! BEST from LinkedInAs my good friend Molson Hart has often said: "Amazon is like a drug dealer -- the first hit is always free." โ BEST from XKeep an eye on my LinkedIn next week. I'm going to be testing this and sharing the results.

The most common self-limiting belief that I hear about ETA is: I don't have the capital to buy a business. Wrong. Capital is easy to find. You just need to know where to look.
